Adriano's reading
Access to connected accounts is read-only. Personal Finance cannot move, manage, or invest money, and it does not offer its own credit cards, loans, or accounts. Anthropic says there are no ads or sponsored recommendations, and that conversations in the Personal Finance hub are not used to train its models.
I see value in bringing real account data into a conversational interface, with the read-only limit and the geographic scope kept clear. It is still a U.S. beta, and the company itself notes that Claude can get numbers wrong and that important figures should be checked with the bank.
